Giving Tuesday
Thanks for joining us Tuesday, December 3  for #GivingTuesday
We met our goal of raising $1300 to put economically disadvantaged Maine youth on a pathway to achievement!
If you’ve got kids that want to make a difference in the lives of other Maine kids, here are some ways they can help CSC campers:
Book drive (at the end of every session, each camper gets to select a new book to take home, so we need 500 books for kids age 9-16 every summer)
Stuffed Animal drive (ditto-new or clean, gently used)
Sneakers (we always need sneakers and hiking boots in youth sizes)
Hold a fundraiser for something from our WISH LIST or BOOK LIST
We have had kids ask for donations instead of gifts at birthday parties, host stuffed animal drives at school and other special events. We love kids’ generosity!

A two-week experience at CSC is truly the gift that keeps on giving.

At CSC, one of our main goals is to expose campers to new activities and interests that expand their world view and test their abilities.

“This year I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve learned how to be more confident and speak up for myself! I’ve also learned how to be a better leader.  They have taught me how to be a good role model and the skills it takes. (CSC Camper)”
